3. SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, Webit365 may send you text (SMS) messages related to the services and communications you request — such as appointment and consultation reminders, account and project updates, customer-care replies, and, where you have agreed, marketing or promotional messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent / opt-in

You opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing — for example, by checking a consent box on our website form, submitting a request in which text-message consent is disclosed, replying to a message, or verbally providing consent to our staff. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and the program you enrolled in.

Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

Opt-out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send “STOP,” we will send a one-time confirmation message and you will no longer receive text messages from that program. If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again as you did the first time.

If you are experiencing any issues, reply with the keyword HELP, or contact us at office@webit365.com or 386.463.4818.
